The Biafra Spokesperson Mazi Simon Ekpa released a memo it read;
Biafra Exile Government has activated Liaisons in some countries, these countries will be announced in our next groundbreaking State of the Nation.
OBJECTIVE FOR THE FORMATION OF THE BIAFRA GOVERNMENT IN EXILE
The Indigenous people of the Biafra Government in Exile are established to undertake the political and administrative governance of the Biafra nation from outside of Biafra territory.
They undertake diplomatic and foreign relationships, arrangements and agreements, negotiations, and pacts with other nations and interest organizations of the world on behalf of the Biafra People.
They are to be accorded all diplomatic privileges as due to any government official of their respective level.
