BREAKING NEWS: SUPREME COURT ADJOURNED MAZI NNAMDI KANU'S APPEAL CASE TILL NEXT MONTH. 

The hope of seeing the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra IPOB Mazi Nnamdi Kanu breathing a fresh air was yet dashed today as the Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing of the his appeal case till next month. 

The news of the adjournment was made known by his lawyers barrister Aloye Ejimakor who through his Twitter handle tweeted that the Supreme Court has adjourned the MNK'S appeal case till next month 

 The tweet reads;

"Sadly, the Supreme Court has adjourned the #MNK appeal hearing to next month."

It should be recalled that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was kidnapped by the Nigeria government in Kenya in June 2021 and was extraordinarily rendition to Nigeria where he had been incarcerated in the DSS dungeon. 

Every effort to get him released has proved abortive even as health condition continued to deteriorates,. Despite the Appeal court judgment on 13th of October 2022 as well as  federal hight court in Umuahia the federal government has disobeyed all the court judgment including the UN Abbitary committee on human rights violation and torture that indicted the Nigeria government and ordered that he should be released and compensation paid to him all to no avail. 

We therefore call on the international community to prevail on the Nigeria government to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as he has done no wrong to deserve the inhumane treatment been melted on him. Hence, his continued illegal detention is uncomfortable
